Digital Photography Essentials
Short Course for Real Estate Agents
A picture tells a thousand words. You are well aware of this saying yet many agencies fall short with their images of the houses that they are entrusted to sell.
I believe better images help to sell a property in these days of internet pre-selection. If you can reduce the selling cycle by half, then everyone is happy: the vendor, your boss and yourself.
This course is designed to give you the equipment and the photographic knowledge that is focussed entirely on your business. Your time is valuable so I don’t intend to waste it showing you how to take a family portrait or Craig Lowndes whizzing round the track at Surfers.
Having the right equiment is very important. We will suggest the best gear for the job at a reasonable price point. Digital technology is advancing at a fast pace. I know what is out there and what is coming soon. That’s part of my business.
Finishing the image on the computer is the second part of the story. I’ll share with you some of the tricks and techniques I recommend for real estate photography. We’ll look at the industry standard Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
